During my next term as your Mayor,
I will concentrate on the following:

• Continue to preserve and improve Downtown.
• Continue to protect downtown shoppers and employees with a timely earthquake retrofit program.
• Follow through on housing, water supply, and traffic issues begun during my terms as Mayor.
• Protect city revenues from being lost to State take-a-ways and to shopping in nearby cities.
• Preserve open space and construct trails at the edges of our beautiful city.
• Improve facilities to better serve our Seniors.
• Continue extension of Railroad Bike Trail
• Continue master planning at areas to provide housing for families
• Complete planning and design for replacement of our antiquated roller hockey and skateboard facilities.
